Start with Jumping Jacks for 30 seconds to get your heart rate up. Next, transition into Bodyweight Squats for 30 seconds, keeping your chest up and knees behind your toes. Move on to Push-Ups for 30 seconds, lowering your chest to the floor and pushing back up (modify with knee push-ups if needed). Follow with Mountain Climbers for 30 seconds, bringing one knee towards your chest in a quick, alternating motion. Then, do High Knees for 30 seconds, jogging in place and lifting your knees high. Finish with a Plank for 30 seconds, holding a straight line from your head to your heels with your core engaged. This routine offers a full-body workout in just three minutes, combining cardio and strength exercises for maximum efficiency
